Abstract
Abstract: Ricin A chain ITs directed against a variety of the common cell-surface antigens associated with SCLC exerted selective toxic effects on SCLC cell lines. The potency of the cytotoxic effects matched or exceeded that previously reported for ricin A chain ITs directed against identical or similar antigens on other types of carcinoma, suggesting that SCLC may be uniquely sensitive to this type of IT.
